Returns & exchanges

What can be returned

• Items returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Unused, unwashed and in the original packaging.
• Towels that have been used or washed can't be returned, for hygiene reasons. If a towel arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within the return window.

How to start a return

• Write to [email protected] with your order number, the items and the reason.
• We will reply with the next steps for sending the item back.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once the item passes a quality check, we refund the original payment method in 5–7 working days. Delivery and cash on delivery fees are not refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Ask for an exchange in the same email. The replacement ships once we receive the item, subject to stock.
